Hoo are you link party!

Welcome to all my new followers! I'm so glad y'all are now a part of my blog! While taking time to visit my new followers blogs I found a really neat post over at Tiffany's Killing Time blog. It was a post for the weekly Q&A link party to learn fun and interesting things about fellow bloggers and crafters. It's called Hoo Are You and it's from Night Owl Crafting. I saw it and immediately thought what a great idea for my new followers to learn more about me. Normally this is a Tuesday post party, but I decided this week I would cheat since I just found it. Next week I'm gonna do it right and link it! But for this week I'll answer all the questions for y'all to see!

1. Where do you usually have your thermostat set at in the winter?
I live in Texas so it's doesn't normally get very cold and I absolutely hate using the heater. So when it's cold we usually just turn the thermostat off and use electric blankets and lots of clothes. When it gets really cold and icy like it did a few weeks ago I turn it on about 65 so we don't wake up as popsicles. But during normal Texas winter conditions (aka warm) the AC is usually on about 72.

2. What room do you tend to put off cleaning until last?
My bedroom, that I share with my husband. It tends to be the room everything gets throw into when people come over and we have to make the house "look" clean. It's the room that visitors never go into so it always gets pushed to last.

3. Do you like to clean with music on or off?
Music on!

4. When do you take time to blog?
Since my life is crazy and busy I usually blog early in the morning or late in the evening.

5. How much time do you spend looking at other blogs a week?
I usually spend about 30 mins a day looking at other blogs, typically in the morning before my day gets started or at night right before I go to bed. So that would be about 4 hours a week since I spend a little more time reading blogs on the weekend.

I hope next Tuesday some of you will follow me over to Night Owl Crafting and join this fun link party!

  1. I enjoyed reading your answers! I don't understand what you mean about turning into lollipops!! You will have to explain please!! A lollipop here in Ohio is a little treat (like a sucker on a stick) you give to a little child! Isn't it funny how different locales have totally different meanings to words!!

  2. Funny I meant popsicle not lollipop. I changed it!

  3. I'm so glad you found my post and decided to participate! I can't wait to see yours every week.
As I live in Oklahoma, I know what you mean about your #1 answer, our heater rarely gets turned on, and if hubby had his way the AC would be on year-round!
